最近爱上了yoga。
在妈妈的怂恿下贸贸然出现在人家的 yoga 班。从此之后就很忠心的一直出现。一开始的动作还 ok 可以胜任，最近老师换了 pattern 变更难了！人家 auntie2 们都轻轻松松坳到兴致勃勃，我这个年轻的竟然 stiff 到半死，还要劳烦老师偶尔跑过来帮我“折”。最近的一次来了个少有的 hot yoga，哇真的是 hot，留了一地汗，但是 hor 真的很爽！
下一堂课期待ing~
