没有 internet 的 ophthal

就这样 ophthal 结束了，只有短短的六天 - 两个 clinic 加一个 theatre。

Fundoscopy 一直是很大的挑战，虽说练习了好几次还是会 miss 掉一些重要的 findings。可是这一点挑战可是灭不了我对 ophthal 的热忱。目前看来，我唯一可以有机会得到 gold medal 的就是这一个了。很宏伟的愿望吧？刚刚我还报名参加 Duke-Elder 考试，表开玩笑~

两个星期过去了，家里还是没有得上网。真的很纳闷啦，做莫酱不 efficient 的？可是也开始习惯了，只是很久没有在网上（尤其面子书）活跃，很多东西都错过了。可是也拾回读小说的习惯，只是这次是英文小说。两个星期读完两本，算厉害吗？

期待即将开始的 neuro，也期待 internet，酱就可以常常 update 咯。

1st day of school!

I feel like I am back to 7yo, when I started my very first day of primary school. Full of excitement.

It is my last sem weh! My very last few months as a student! :)
So I prepared my attire (pinafore! just like school uniform). Packed my bag. Planned what breakfast to eat. Set my alarm. Then I went to bed at 11pm. But I stayed awake until a few hours later. I knew that I underestimated my excitement when I woke up a few times in the night checking the time. But when the alarm finally rang, I chose to snooze it a few times. Last minute lazy out.

Today was fun. :) Learnt a lot about ophthalmology that I find myself very interested in. For the first time as a medical student, I found a blood vessel via an ophthalmoscope! Then traced it down until I see the optic disc! Then found the fovea too! Without using pupil dilator! I was so excited and so proud of myself! (Yea well maybe I am a bit sampalao here I agree)

No internet in the house, same for the next few days. No upcoming blog post in mandarin until the internet is back :)
